Director: Directorate of Industrial Fellowship and Ministerial Internship (DIFMI)
The Directorate of Industrial Fellowship and Ministerial Internship (DIFMI) hosts the Students Practicum program and it was established to allow the students to gain first-hand industrial and ministerial experience as they study at the Testament Theological Seminary (TTS). Some programs at TTS allow the students to begin their industrial and ministerial internship while studying until graduation. The other programs give enough space (3-12 months) for the industrial and ministerial practicum.
Students can be sent to any of the Testament organizations for their industrial and ministerial practicum or internship and will also be sent to various institutions as well. Every student is expected to rigorously go through the Students Industrial Fellowship and Ministerial Internship (SIFAMI) and will be thoroughly graded at their various SIFAMI organizations.
SOME ORGANIZATIONS FOR SIFAMI PROGRAMS
- Testament Theological Seminary: The TTS is the first institution where our students can carry out their SIFAMI programs by serving in the Administration, Academics and Missions department of the Seminary.
- Testament Believers Chapel: This is the Seminary’s Chapel and is open for our students to carry out their ministerial practicum. They can serve in various departments in the Chaplaincy (ushering; choir; discipleship team; prayer team; evangelism and follow-up; Media; Sanitation), etc.
- The African Journal of Kingdom Education: The African Journal of Kingdom Education (AJOKE) is the research and publication institution for TTS. Students can apply here for their SIFAMI internship and program.
- Other Institutions: Students can be posted to other institutions for their internship, fellowship and ministerial programs. The institutions can be schools, churches, ministries, and other organizations.
