Admissions Requirements
The following are the necessary documents to be submitted before admission into the Undergraduate Programmes of the Seminary.
Available Programmes:
- Certificate in Theology
- Diploma in Theology
- Bachelor of Theology (Biblical Studies)
- Bachelor of Theology (Family Theology)
- Bachelor of Theology (Missiology)
Admission Requirements:
- O-level (Secondary School Education) result (not more than two sittings) with 5 credits
- A minimum of three (3) years active, practical pastoral, ministerial or missional experience in any Christian organisation or communities will be an added advantage.
- Chest/Waist-to-head clean corporate picture (for online students) or three (3) passport photos (for onsite students).
- Health Report or medical Fitness Certificate (for onsite students).
- National ID (for onsite students).
- Two (2) recommendation letters. One from your Church and the other from your place of work, school or others (for all students).
- An international passport with a valid yellow fever card is required for a global mission trip if you meet the criteria.
Other Requirements:
- Accommodation for campus students will be available upon application and will be allocated a room based on availability, subject to full payment.
- It is mandated for every campus student to join and serve in a department in the Seminary, Chapel and the community at large as a bona fide student of TTS.
Notes:
- You will be given a “Provisional Offer of Admission” immediately after you meet the admission requirements and pay the “Acceptance Fee” on or before the orientation/matriculation ceremony.
- You will be issued a “Certificate of Admission” when you pay the full tuition for a semester on or before your first examination(s).
The following are the necessary documents to be submitted before admission into the Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) Programme:
- O-level (Secondary School Education) result (not more than two sittings) with 5 credits
- An HND/any Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of a Pass or Third-Class Honours
- A minimum of three (3) years active practical pastoral, ministerial or missional experience in any Christian organisation or communities will be an added advantage.
- Chest/Waist-to-head clean corporate picture (for online students) or three (3) passport photos (for onsite students).
- Health Report or medical Fitness Certificate (for onsite students).
- National ID (for onsite students).

The following are the necessary documents to be submitted before admission into the Master of Theological Studies (MTS) Programmes:
- O-level (Secondary School Education) result (not more than two sittings) with 5 credits
- A Bachelor of Theology or Post-Graduate Diploma in Biblical Theology from Testament Theological Seminary or any other Bible Colleges recognised by the Governing Board of TTS with at least Second Class Lower Division
- A minimum of three (3) years active, practical pastoral, ministerial or missional experience in any Christian organisation or communities will be an added advantage.
- Chest/Waist-to-head clean corporate picture (for online students) or three (3) passport photos (for onsite students).
- Health Report or medical Fitness Certificate (for onsite students).
- National ID (for onsite students).
- Write 1/2 page “Personal Motivation”/”Statement of Purpose” for enrolling in this MTS programme.
- Two (2) recommendation letters. One from your Church and the other from your place of work, school or others (for all students).
- You are required to contact any faculty to serve as your Advisor during your “Thesis Writing.” Click here to contact a Faculty member in your field of interest.
- An international passport with a valid yellow fever card is required for a global mission trip if you meet the criteria.
Areas of Specialisation:
- MTS (Doctrinal Theology)
- MTS (Missiology & Intercultural Studies)
Other Requirements:
- Accommodation for campus Master’s students will only be available when all undergraduate and PGD students have been allocated rooms based upon availability, subject to full payment.
- It is mandated for every campus student to join and serve in a department in the Seminary, Chapel and the community at large as a bona fide student of TTS.
Notes:
- You will be given a “Provisional Offer of Admission” immediately after you meet the admission requirements and pay the “Acceptance Fee” on or before the orientation/matriculation ceremony.
- You will be issued a “Certificate of Admission” when you pay the full tuition for a semester on or before your first examination(s).
The following are the necessary documents to be submitted before admission into the Doctorate Degree Programmes:
- O-level (Secondary School Education) result (not more than two sittings) with 5 credits
- A Master of Theological Studies (MTS) from Testament Theological Seminary or any other Bible Colleges recognised by the Governing Council of TTS with at least 60% grading result.
- A minimum of five (5) years active, practical pastoral, ministerial or missional experience in any Christian organisation or communities will be an added advantage.
- Chest/Waist-to-head clean corporate picture (for online students) or three (3) passport photos (for onsite students).
- Health Report or medical Fitness Certificate (for onsite students).
- National ID (for onsite students).
- Write 1/2 page “Personal Motivation”/”Statement of Purpose” for enrolling in this PhD programme.
- Two (2) recommendation letters. One from your Church and the other from your place of work, school or others (for all students).

- PhD (Doctrinal Theology)
- PhD (Missional Ecclesiology)
Notes:
- There is no accommodation provided for all doctoral students/candidates (the students can find their own accommodation)
