Step 1: The prospective student completes his/her admissions form
Forms must be completed by the applicant and referees and submitted before the deadline.
Step 2: The prospective student prepares necessary credentials
All credentials (certificates, official transcripts, statements of results, etc) proving academic requirements for the program applied for must be in place with WAEC/GCE/NECO/GED results not more than two (2) sittings.
Step 3: He/she must prepare for entrance examination & interviews
Interviews and entrance examinations will be held in April and November. Original documentation and evidence of payment for appropriate applications must be produced during the interviews.

- First School Leaving Certificate or Basic Education Certificate (BEC)
- Either 5 SSCE “O” Levels/GED at Credit (or its equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
- Three (3) passport photos
- Health Report or medical Fitness Certificate

- Two (2) recommendation letters. One from your Church and the other from your place or work, school or others

- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree: At least 5 SSCE credits, including English and Maths.
- Three-year Bachelor’s Degree: Five (5) SSCE credits including English Language plus 3 SSCE “A” level to be in Christian Religious Knowledge, or 5 SSCE Ordinary Level credits including English Language plus National Certificate in Education in Christian Religious Knowledge (also with 9-points on a 5-point scale), or Diploma in Kingdom Theology with a 3.00 GPA or a 2:2 class award from some institutions known to TTS.
- Two-year Bachelor’s Degree: Diploma of Theology with at least a 3.00 GPA on a 5-point scale or 2.7 on a 4-point scale or a 2:2 class award from a recognized institution. Students wishing to do the affiliation degree are strongly encouraged to obtain 5 SSCE credits including English Language in addition to the Diploma of Theology they may already possess.
- Three (3) passport photos
- Health report or medical fitness certificate
- National ID

- A Secular or Religious Bachelor’s Degree or HND from TTS or from a recognised Bible College, Seminary or University with at least a 2.50 GPA or a second-class (2.2)

- Two-year Master of Arts (MA) Degree: BA in Theology and Ministry, BA in Theology and Psychology, PGD in Theology from TTS or its equivalent, with at least a 2.75 GPA on a 4-point scale or 3.5 on a 5-point scale or a 2.2 class award from a recognized Bible College, Seminary or University.

- Your post-doctoral research must be at least one year
- Minimum of three (3) years pre or post doctorate degree teaching/lecturing experience
- You must have published at least two (2) research articles in recognised and non-predatory journals
- You must have successfully supervised at least one (1) Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral students/candidates
- Submit a Personal Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Then submit a research proposal

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
We Welcome you from Abroad
Testament Theological Seminary (TTS) welcomes applications from students resident outside Nigeria. In addition to meeting the general admission standards, such students must satisfy the Seminary that they have a sufficient grasp of English in order to benefit from their studies; that they have reliable recommendations, as we are not normally able to interview international applicants; and they have sufficient funds to meet their tuition; living and travelling expenses. Foreign students resident in Nigeria must complete the regular application process. International students may be required to do the entrance examination at any center designated by TTS.
Accommodation
TTS is working on getting hostels for all students, home and abroad. You will be able to get an apartment if you want a another exclusive apartment for you, the Directorate of Academic Registry and Student Services (DARSS) can hep you secure an accommodation of your choice. Locate the Registry’ office and make your request known and they will be glad to support you and help you find an accommodation of your choice.
