Testament Business Academy (TEBA) was officially registered in 2018 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and was later in 2021 was registered with the Lagos State Ministry of Education as a professional and academic institution offering executive business education and continuing professional development programmes that position you on the cutting edge of your dreams and total learning goals for your maximum project and service delivery. In 2022, there was another project in the mind of the visioner to train marketplace ministers, missionaries, pastors, theologians, church workers and every other person on theological topics and this led to the establishment of Testament Business Theology and Seminary (TBTS). TEBA was filing for liquidation in 2023 until God gave a word that TEBA should cater for the business and corporate education of marketplace ministers, professionals in Christian circles and other business owners and entrepreneurs all over the world.

After the vision for theological studies was recieved in 2022, the visioner and his team started working towards the setting up. In the process to yield to the instruction from the Lord, TEBA was on the verge of deregistration at the CAC to embark on the journey of theological education and the name “Testament Business Theology and Seminary” (TBTS) was conceived to be registered to replace TEBA. The name TBTS was fully registered in 2023 and we encountered a few challenges because the accreditors found the name inappropriate for the programmes that were presented to be accredited. Hence, the need to look for an appropriate name and TTS was registered in 2024 in place of TBTS.

In 2023, TBTS approached various private accreditors for institutional and programmatic accreditations of her institution and programmes and due to the procedural ettiquettes for accreditation, TBTS was officially advised to modify their corporate name and status from TBTS to our newest approved name, Testament Theological Seminary (TTS) in 2024. TTS is a Bible-based non-denominational Theological Seminary in West Africa committed to exploring different topical issues of the Kingdom of God, understanding God’s rule and how humans can fully participate in His Kingdom through education, spiritual formation and devotion to His higher calling in Christ Jesus. Testament Theological Seminary offers higher education that is historical, biblical and theologically sound in doctrine, delivery and practice. Our Theological Seminary is right in the heart of Kingdom Theological Studies, Education and Biblical Theology, also educating and equipping Christian Educators, Missionaries, Counsellors, Scholars, Theologians Marketplace Ministers for the proper and professional building of every facet of the Body of Christ. To further strengthen the spiritual formation and Christian ministerial practicum, the ministry arm of the Seminary known as Testament Believers Chapel has been established to equip all our students and members for the Kingdom Service.
